At HYDROPOD™, we believe performance products should earn long-term trust, not force commitment through complicated policies.

If you are not satisfied with your first purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll work to make it right.

Eligible first-time orders may receive:

  • a replacement product,
  • store credit,
  • or a refund.


Opened Products

We understand hydration and focus products need to be experienced to be evaluated properly.

For eligible first-time purchases:

  • opened products may still qualify for a refund,
  • and returns are generally not required.

Please note:

  • excessive refund requests,
  • abuse of the policy,
  • or suspicious activity
    may result in denial of future refunds.


Subscription Orders

HYDROPOD™ subscriptions are designed for consistency and convenience.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.

Once a subscription order has:

  • been processed,
  • fulfilled,
  • or shipped,

it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.

Customers are responsible for managing their subscription prior to renewal.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number,
  • a brief description of the issue,
  • and photos if applicable.

We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless:

  • the order arrived damaged,
  • the wrong item was sent,
  • or the issue was caused by HYDROPOD™.


Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
